16 Apr San Bernardino County Museum
The San Bernardino County Museum is a multidisciplinary museum with a Inland Southern California regional focus. The museum exhibits and collections draw from the rich cultural and natural history of San Bernardino County, the largest county in the United States. Permanent exhibits include biodiversity, minerals, history, and anthropology. Special exhibits include regional art, and stories related to Inland Southern California. Exploration Station features a live animal discovery zone. The museum collections number in the millions, and researchers are welcome. Throughout the year, the museum holds large public experiential programs for adults, families, and students.
Mission: Through the lens of the region’s dynamic cultural and natural history, the San Bernardino County Museum develops visitors’ appreciation of our diverse regional identity to spark their curiosity, to stimulate inquiry, to challenge their assumptions, and to invite them to contribute to our common future.
