Holocaust Museum LA is the first survivor-founded and oldest Holocaust museum in the United States and houses the West Coast’s largest collection of Holocaust-era artifacts. Since 1961, the Museum has carried on the mission of our founding survivors to commemorate those who perished, educate about the critical lessons and continued relevance of the Holocaust, and inspire a more dignified and humane world. Museum admission is free for all students and children under 17, and is also free for all visitors all day Thursday and 1 – 5 pm on Sunday. Take a docent-led or self-guided audio (English & Spanish) tour. Explore our artifact-rich and high-tech exhibits including the USC Shoah Foundation’s Dimensions in Testimony. Holocaust survivor talks take place almost every Sunday at 3 pm. The Museum is open seven days a week.
